Dr. Kleker earned a baccalaureate degree in Health and Physical Education from George Williams College.

After four years of further study, he was awarded a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic.  After graduation in 1979, Dr. Kleker worked with the Boulder Chiropractic Center for one year before founding Arapahoe Chiropractic Center, which later became Aspen Wellness Center in Fort Collins.

Dr. Kleker has taken extensive postgraduate training in the areas of acupuncture and pain control, orthopedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and nutrition.  He is a fellow of the International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture, and is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Colorado Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Kleker is an avid athlete, playing varsity soccer, water polo and volleyball in college.  He is a rock and ice climber, mountain biker as well as martial artist and shooter.  He understands the additional stresses that active people put on their bodies and how to achieve optimal wellness.
